Water Prairie Chronicles is a YouTube channel for parents of children with disabilities. We’re still working behind the scenes right now, but we’ll be releasing weekly videos of our podcast interviews on YouTube every Friday at 12:00 EST. Our channel is open and ready for subscribers to start signing up to get alerts for when we add additional content to the channel that will add to the weekly podcast videos. It will help others find our channel if we have subscribers and viewers right away when we launch the first videos. Tonya Wollum is a disability advocate and host of the Water Prairie Chronicles podcast which connects special needs parents with resources to help them navigate parenting a child with a disability. She is the mother of 2 college-age children who have each grown up with a disability. That experience, along with a background in education, led her to create the Water Prairie Chronicles to help share what she has learned with parents of younger children to help them know how to advocate for their children.
